This Site is made available to the user for the purposes of browsing and to track remittance (s) status information online from internet (“Remittance Tracking”). You are not permitted to distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, report, or use the contents of this Site for public or commercial purposes, other than obtaining status and/or fate of remittance (s), including the text, images, audio, and video without HBL's prior written permission.

Neither HBL nor any of its agents, affiliate, or their respective suppliers, agents, members, officers, directors, employees, representatives or subcontractors shall be liable in any event for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary or other damages, losses, costs, charges or expenses of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, costs of funding or breach of brand image arising in any way from your access to or use of this Site, including but not limited to, (i) any defects, viruses, or other malfunctions caused to any equipment and other software in connection with access or use of this Site, including without limitation any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, interruption, error, omission, delay in operation, corruption, all computer viruses, malicious codes or otherwise, (ii) the information provided on or via this Site, (iii) the interception, modification or misuse of any information transmitted to HBL or transmitted to you due to any reason, including but not limited to web site spoofing, phishing attacks and man-in-the-middle attacks. The use and access of this Site is subject to the following “Terms & Conditions” and the local laws of the country in which the user resides. By accessing, browsing and otherwise using this Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification all Terms and Conditions stated herein.

Terms & Conditions

The Remittance Tracking Service offered by HBL to the user includes services such as Quick Search, HBL Account Validation and Transaction Tracking (for general public) and any other service as HBL may choose to provide from time to time. It is at the sole discretion of HBL to decide the availability or non-availability of a particular service, which may be communicated to the user through email, this Site, or in writing or any mode of communication deemed fit by HBL. HBL may provide the facility either directly or through its associates or contracted service providers.


Applicability of Terms

The Terms & Conditions create an obligation for the user using the service. The user shall make an application to HBL in the prescribed form in order to avail the Remittance Tracking Service. HBL shall have the sole discretion to accept or reject the request made by users through the communication channels prescribed by HBL and/or allow users to access their applications that have been submitted by the users. By applying for or using the Remittance Tracking Service, the user acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions. Notwithstanding any provisions contained herein, all Terms and Conditions stipulated by HBL and/or its affiliates pertaining to the Account(s) and/or to any services/facilities offered by HBL and/or its affiliates shall continue to be applicable to all users. The user hereby agrees that in the event of using any services/ facilities offered by HBL through this Site, the user shall be bound by all Terms & Conditions stipulated by HBL pertaining to such services/facilities offered by HBL to the user through this Site. In the event of a conflict of such Terms and Conditions stipulated by HBL and/or its affiliates and the Terms & Conditions contained herein, HBL will have the sole discretion to decide which Terms & Conditions shall apply.

Personal Information

Personal Information refers to data provided by the user to HBL through this Site while using the Remittance Tracking Service. The data and/or Personal Information provided by the user will be treated as valid and acceptable subject to HBL’s approval. Neither HBL nor its agents, affiliate, or their respective suppliers, agents, members, officers, directors, employees, representatives will be held liable for any misuse of Personal Information once the user has provided his/her Personal Information.

User Validation

For the purposes of using the Remittance Tracking Service, the user is required to have legal and valid access to the Internet. The information provided to the user through the Remittance Tracking Service is updated from time to time. Consequently, any information supplied to the user through the Remittance Tracking Service will pertain to the date and time when it was last updated and not at the date and time when it is first supplied to the user and HBL shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the user by relying on or acting on such information. In addition, HBL may keep records of the attempts made by the user to use the Remittance Tracking Service in any form it wishes. In the event of a dispute, HBL's records shall be conclusive evidence of all events.

Unauthorized Access

The user shall take necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access and illegal use of the Remittance Tracking Service provided by HBL to the user. HBL shall take reasonable care to ensure the security of and to prevent unauthorized access to this Site using technology which is used by HBL in all its global regions.

Remittance Tracking Access

General Public

No specific User-ID and password required to access.

Remitting Entities

For the purposes of the Remittance Tracking Service and upon successful registration to this service HBL shall provide the user with a User-ID and a password. As a safety measure, the user will be required to change the password initially assigned by HBL on accessing the Remittance Tracking Service for the first time and as frequently as possible thereafter. The User-ID must be kept confidential at all times and an un-authorized person must not have access to the internet while the user is accessing and/or using the Remittance Tracking Service.

In the event that the user forgets the User-ID or where the account becomes inactive after inserting an incorrect password a number of times (which number may be intimated by HBL from time to time), the user may request for a re-issuance of a User-ID through HBL. The request for re-issuance shall not be construed as commencement of a new contract. In addition to a User-ID and password, HBL may at its discretion advise a user to adopt other means of authentication.

Remittance Tracking Service Password

The user acknowledges represents and warrants that the password, which provides access to the Service will be issued to the user and that the user is the sole and exclusive owner and is the only authorized user of the password. The user accepts sole responsibility for the use, confidentiality and protection of the password.
